Customer-wide System Outages

As of 7/19/2024, we want to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with access and authentication across several of our tools and applications. This is due to a faulty update released by CrowdStrike, a security vendor for endpoint protection that both Microsoft and we use. This update has caused disruptions globally, affecting millions of systems as detailed in this Wired article:

It is important to note that this issue may or may not affect or slow down your program with us.
